Description
Actinic keratosis (AK) is a common cutaneous lesion associated with chronic exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation. AK presents scaly, erythematous papule or plaque and is considered the earliest clinically recognizable manifestation of squamous cell carcinoma.
